At DEMOGA, your satisfaction is important to us. We strive to ensure our cleaning products meet high standards of quality. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which returns, replacements, or refunds may be requested.
You may request a return or replacement if:
The product is damaged or defective upon delivery
You received the wrong product
The product is expired upon arrival (unopened/sealed)
Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.
For online orders, a photo or video proof of damage must be shared within 24 hours of delivery.
We do not accept returns for:
Products that have been opened or used
Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
Customized or bulk industrial orders unless faulty
Free gifts or promotional items
To initiate a return:

If eligible, our team will guide you through the return process and may request photo/video evidence.
Ship the product to our address, or request a pickup (if available in your area).
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If your return is approved:
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product).
If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund (for damaged or incorrect items), we will ship the correct item at no additional cost once we receive the returned product.
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, and the return process must be followed after delivery.
